Yes. The Free plan gives you unlimited forms and unlimited submissions forever, with all core blocks and conditional logic. You only pay when you want Pro features.

No. You can create an account and build forms without entering any payment details. A card is only required if you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

After signing up, click “+ New form” from your dashboard, then start typing your questions. Press “/” to insert any block type, and your form is live as soon as you publish.

You can quickly recreate existing forms using our templates and block editor. A direct importer for Typeform and Google Forms is on our roadmap.

Conditional logic lets you show or hide blocks based on previous answers — for example, only show question B if the answer to A is “Yes”. You can also jump respondents to a specific page.

Yes. On Pro and Business plans you can add a Stripe-powered payment block anywhere in your form to collect one-off or recurring payments — no redirect required.

Respondents can upload images, PDFs and videos up to 100MB per file on paid plans. Files are stored securely and downloadable from each submission.

Yes. Add page breaks to split long forms into multiple steps, and use page-jump logic to send respondents down different paths.

Absolutely. Every form can be shared as a link or embedded as an inline widget, a popup, or a full-page embed with a single snippet of code.

No. There are no submission limits on the Free plan — collect as many responses as you like, forever.

Pro includes everything in Free plus removed branding, a custom domain, file uploads, the Stripe payment block, webhooks & integrations, email notifications and priority support.

Yes. Cancel in one click from the billing page in your settings via the Stripe customer portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll make it right. We want you to only pay for value you actually receive.

Yes. You can change plans at any time. Charges are automatically prorated, so you only pay for what you use.

Yes. Pay yearly and save 17% compared to paying month to month — that's effectively two months free.

All submission data is hosted on servers in India and EU regions and encrypted at rest. We comply with India's DPDPA 2023 and GDPR, and offer a data processing agreement.

Yes. You can delete individual submissions, entire forms, or your whole account at any time, and we permanently remove the associated data.

Only you and the team members you invite to your workspace can view submissions. We never sell or share your data.

Yes. On Pro and Business plans you can serve forms from your own domain via a simple CNAME record, for a fully white-labelled experience.
